Amy Wallen & Paul Baldwin Memorial Scholarship

Amy Wallen was a founding member of JRCC and served as the CSA Coordinator in Appomattox for two years. Amy was passionate about getting children and families the services they needed to be successful. Amy lost her battle with cancer in 2019. In her memory, JRCC created the Amy Wallen Memorial Fund with the mission of developing a professional community of compassionate and accomplished providers to serve children and families.

Tragically, JRCC lost another founding member, Paul Baldwin, when he lost his battle with cancer in 2022. He served as the CSA Coordinator in Bedford County. Paul brought the fun to JRCC! He envisioned the JRCC conference as a party for the attendees who work so hard. JRCC added Paul's name to the memorial scholarship in 2023 to honor his dedication to our community, families, and case workers.
